Developmental Edit: 90%!?

I received the Developmental Letter from my editor and it absolutely blew me away. Outstanding analysis of the book and I’m confident she’s identified the big things we need to fix. What’s more, she graciously provided several hours of meetings to make sure I understood everything.

So why 90%? That’s because now, starting tomorrow, I get to implement everything from her and from my wonderful beta readers. Lots to do, but I’m excited to get back into it. We’ll be sitting at 90% until a new draft is ready, hopefully sooner than later!
